All orders will be shipped within 3 working days, Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays). If we feel this cannot be achieved we will contact you regarding delivery dates to ensure you’re happy to wait longer for your order. We ship all items using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Special Delivery. 

Once we have dispatched your order you can expect to receive in 1-2 working days. All orders will be shipped double boxed for protection.

Coops Kicks will not be responsible for parcels that go missing due to incorrect shipping address given and or parcels left unattended.
